Janelle devoted nearly 30 years serving increasingly important roles at the
Ounce of Prevention Fund (now known as Start Early), most recently as
Vice President for Training.

                                      Today, Janelle cultivates strategic partnerships while
                                      providing state and regional leaders with technical
                                      assistance in the use of The Essentials of Home Visiting.

                                      She is also the facilitator of a national community of
                                      practice for professional development in Home Visiting.

                                      Her consulting services specialize in the design & implementation of professional

                                      home environment.
